Back when I started my first coaching business in personal development, I followed the advice to post daily and go all-in on social media.

I pushed for virality (which actually did happen), tried to keep up with every new trend being thrown my way, and ended up exhausted, overwhelmed and underpaid.

Mix that with being an ADHDer with a brain that does not work in linear ways, and you’ve got a sh*tshow waiting to happen, amiright?

Eventually, I reached a complete breaking point.

Instead of trying to fix myself, I started questioning the way I was building my business.

I started slowly rebuilding my business my way… with approaches that didn't force me to act like an influencer online, create content every day or sacrifice my wellbeing just to make sales.

That became the foundation of what is now my methodology: Capacity-Conscious Marketing™.

Today, I help coaches & practitioners with busy brains to build calmer, more stable, and freedom-filled businesses through marketing and sales systems that support the human behind the business.

Because I don't believe you should have to choose between a successful business and a life you love.
